Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Our office requires 48 business hours notice for any appointment change. 
  • If you feel you need to cancel your surgery, you will have the option of being refunded or you may keep your credit on account for future treatment. 
  • If a patient no shows/cancels or reschedules 3 times, a fee will be collected at time of re-booking, which will be applied to future treatment.
